CodeEnforcementHelp.Com is part of R. D. & Association founded by Richard De La Cruz a 23 year veteran Code Enforcement Officer with a wide variety of experience in the world of Code Enforcement. In addition, Richard has trained numerous officers during his tenure at the many jurisdictions he was privileged to work for. It is this experience that has allowed him to exceed in the various disciplines related to the profession.
During his time as a field officer, Richard has been fortunate to work with some of the finest professionals in the various Police Departments, Fire Department, Building Departments, and other agencies such as the Franchise Tax Board, many in the court system, Bureau of Automotive Repair and the AQMD to mention a few. This involvement has rounded Richard's applied knowledge and practical experience that helps him create an environment of compliance with the public.
