We have ALL seen it time and time again. The destruction of a person's credibility due to BAD choices.
If there is only one thing that I can immerse into you thoughts and mind, it would be to be mindful of your ethics (applied, presumed and/or perceived).
It is like someone with a bad habit telling another person not to do the same thing that they are doing because it will hurt them (hypocritical and not without consequence).
